Modulus Software began with a straightforward request from a neighbor who operated a small business. He needed a practical way to track inventory in the field and submit orders directly from his phone. Spreadsheet-based tools were no longer sufficient.
In response, we built Inventory Manager—a fast, mobile-first web application designed for small businesses that need reliable tools, not temporary workarounds. From the beginning, the platform was engineered with performance, simplicity, and enterprise-grade security in mind.
We are not a Silicon Valley startup. We are engineers based in Melbourne, Florida—veteran-owned and locally rooted. Since 2009, our team has worked as Department of Defense contractors on mission-critical systems supporting missile defense programs, including Ground-Based Midcourse Defense, Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications, Link 16 interoperability, and the Long Range Discrimination Radar.
